Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and EHS standards at our manufacturing facility in Binh Duong, Vietnam. The role reports directly to the Board of Directors and works closely with production, engineering and customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve QMS policies, SOPs and technical documentation in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and environmental health & safety requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and lead internal audits, third‑party certifications and customer quality audits, reporting findings and risk assessments to senior management.
• Manage document control architecture, including inspection standards, record keeping and change control processes.
• Monitor operational risks, drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Provide leadership and coaching to the QA/QC team, ensuring high performance and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Management, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in quality management or senior QA/QC leadership within precision manufacturing, contract manufacturing or industrial assembly environments.
• Preferred certifications: ISO 9001/ISO 14001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
