Group Product Manager (ETC)

About the role

The Group Product Manager (ETC) will define and execute the long‑term commercial strategy for Servier’s cardiovascular/metabolic franchise in Vietnam, overseeing product lifecycle, P&L responsibility and cross‑functional collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect 3‑to‑5‑year macro commercial roadmaps for the CMVD franchise, balancing off‑patent cash cows and pipeline launches.
• Hold full corporate accountability for the franchise P&L, reallocating marketing capital and operational budgets across product lines.
• Build institutional alliances with national medical societies and influence reimbursement frameworks and clinical guidelines.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of Product Managers and Senior PMs, establishing performance metrics and talent pipelines.
• Direct the omnichannel transformation strategy, including marketing technology and customer data infrastructure.
• Represent the franchise in APAC regional matrices to ensure market readiness and leverage global resources.

Required profile

• Pharmacist or Doctor degree with deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and cardiovascular/metabolic therapeutics; MBA or postgraduate marketing degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 + years of progressive commercial leadership in a multinational pharma company.
• 2‑3 years of direct people‑management experience with proven talent development.
• Extensive experience managing multi‑brand chronic disease franchises, market access and co‑marketing/distribution alliances in Vietnam.
