Head of IT Service Delivery

About the role

The Head of IT Service Delivery will lead the end‑to‑end IT service experience across all campuses of the school. This senior position ensures reliable, high‑quality, user‑centered services that directly support teaching, learning and daily school operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the school’s technology strategy into operational execution and service delivery plans.
• Own service performance outcomes, monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data‑based governance.
• Manage and optimise server and network infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Oversee IT support, service management and operational processes to meet the needs of staff and students.
• Lead, coach and coordinate distributed IT teams to deliver consistent service levels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading IT service delivery in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong understanding of IT support, service management and operations.
• Hands‑on experience with server and network infrastructure management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead distributed technical teams.
