Head of Marketing

About the role

The Head of Marketing will lead the entire marketing function for a fast‑growing real‑estate company in Ho Chi Minh City. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will shape brand perception, drive market share, and ensure the company’s growth targets are met through strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and operate all functions of the Marketing department.
• Evaluate and optimise marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyse market trends, prepare forecasts and identify growth opportunities.
• Generate new business partnerships and expand the company’s network.
• Build brand awareness and increase market share.
• Oversee and develop the company’s Facebook channels, website and other digital assets.
• Plan and organise marketing campaigns as requested by the Board of Directors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a senior marketing role such as Marketing Director or Marketing Manager.
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Proficiency in electronic/online and offline marketing channels.
• Deep knowledge of marketing strategies, branding and performance measurement.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
