Key responsibilities

• Design and execute large‑scale hiring campaigns across multiple business units.
• Recruit C‑level executives and senior leadership positions.
• Develop data‑driven recruitment processes and continuously optimise them using metrics.
• Leverage an extensive professional network to source top talent and headhunt for critical roles.
• Partner with business leaders to align talent acquisition with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven success in managing high‑volume hiring and filling executive‑level positions.
• “Empire‑building” mindset with a focus on solving complex talent challenges.
• Strong analytical orientation; decisions must be backed by data.
• Extensive network and exceptional headhunting abilities.
• Direct, concise communication style and results‑oriented attitude.
