HR Admin & Executive Assistant to Managing Director

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Administrator who will also serve as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. The role combines core HR administration tasks with high‑level executive support, ensuring smooth operations and seamless employee experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, equipment allocation, system access, and checklist completion.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Managing Director, handling calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Assist the HR team with employee records, leave management, and compliance reporting.
• Support basic accounting functions such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline routine tasks and improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration and/or executive assistance, preferably supporting senior‑level executives.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for task automation.
