HR & Admin Manager

About the role

The Joyful Nest seeks an HR & Admin Manager to lead human resources, administration and labour‑relations functions within a premium healthcare setting, fostering a professional and engaged workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee the full recruitment process, ensuring the right candidates for each role.
• Develop and promote employer branding to attract talent.
• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management and staff development.
• Oversee administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labour Law, Social Insurance (BHXH) and Health Insurance (BHYT) regulations.
• Handle clinic‑related legal matters and labour‑relations issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR & Administration experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Recruitment experience in healthcare, childcare or midwifery is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law, Social Insurance and Health Insurance.
• Experience dealing with clinic‑related legal matters.
