About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Executive (Generalist) to manage the full spectrum of human‑resources operations. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, employee engagement, and day‑to‑day office operations in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

Drive full‑cycle recruitment for both IT and non‑IT positions.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Support employee engagement initiatives and maintain HR documentation.
Oversee office operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
Handle multiple priorities while maintaining high accuracy.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Proven recruitment experience, including IT and non‑IT hiring.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
Excellent organizational, multitasking and interpersonal abilities.
Proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.
