HR Executive – Operations & HRIS

About the role

Insee Vietnam is seeking an HR Executive to manage day‑to‑day HR operations and oversee HR information systems. The role ensures accurate employee data, compliant processes, and reliable support for business units across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee master data in SAP HCM and associated self‑service portals (ESS/MSS).
• Monitor and troubleshoot HRIS platforms to prevent critical errors and ensure smooth operation.
• Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners on system usage and data integrity.
• Generate regular HR data reports and analytics for management decision‑making.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align HR processes with business needs.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably with hands‑on HRIS responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven verbal and written bilingual communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications.

Required skills

• SAP HCM (or SuccessFactors) – practical experience required.
• Microsoft Office – high proficiency.
• Bilingual communication (Vietnamese/English) – both spoken and written.
