HR Generalist – Experienced (Immediate Start Preferred)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and will support a wide range of HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Vietnamese labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, statutory insurance, employee benefits, and final settlements accurately and on time.
• Prepare labor contracts and maintain confidential employee records.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, off‑boarding, clearance, and exit procedures.
• Support recruitment activities, including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Assist with performance appraisal processes and salary administration.
• Provide guidance on visa, work permit, and temporary residence card (TRC) procedures when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, statutory insurance, labor contracts, and Vietnamese labor law.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with visa, work permit, and TRC processes is a plus.
