HR Intern – Learning & Development

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Learning & Development team at Bosch Group in Tân Bình. The role offers hands‑on experience in onboarding, training administration and project tracking within a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the onboarding program for new hires.
• Support post‑training activities, including certification collection, document archiving and training effectiveness management.
• Help design and deliver training materials and activities.
• Track project progress, follow up on processes and procedures.
• Take on additional tasks as needed within the HR team.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student, available for a full‑time internship of up to 6 months.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
