HR Manager – Greenfield Manufacturing Plant

About the role

The client is a foreign‑invested manufacturing company that produces modular building products for international markets. In the early stage of a major expansion, the company aims to grow its workforce to over 100 employees. The HR Manager will be responsible for establishing and leading the human resources function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Vietnamese labor law and FDI requirements.
• Set up payroll systems, manage compensation, and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for both office staff and factory workers.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance audits.
• Collaborate with senior management to support the company’s scaling strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, preferably with foreign‑direct investment experience.
• Experience building HR functions in a greenfield factory is highly preferred.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
