HR Manager – Lead HR Strategy & Talent Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the development and execution of human resources strategies across our head office and manufacturing facilities. The role will drive talent management, learning initiatives, and workforce planning to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives for both the head office and factories.
• Establish and implement HR policies, learning and development programs, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
• Partner with department managers to provide HR guidance and ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.
• Foster a high-performance organizational culture and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Manager role within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Experience in the garment or textile industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labour Law, HR regulations, payroll, and compensation.
