HR Manager / Trưởng Phòng Nhân Sự

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our head office and three manufacturing facilities in Hanoi. The role will shape HR strategy, drive talent management and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives across the head office and three factories.
• Design and implement policies, learning and development programmes, and talent management initiatives to meet short‑ and long‑term staffing needs.
• Partner with department heads and line managers to interpret, communicate and apply HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour law and multinational corporate standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR management role within a multinational, manufacturing or garment environment.
• Proven track record of managing HR functions across multiple sites.
• Deep knowledge of Vietnamese employment legislation and multinational HR best practices.
