HR Operations Executive

About the role

The HR Operations Executive will support Asics Vietnam’s people agenda by ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee engagement processes. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City and works closely with HR, finance and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, schedule interviews and manage onboarding administration.
• Oversee employee onboarding, probation confirmation and off‑boarding procedures.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data and related HR documentation.
• Consolidate attendance records and timesheets for payroll processing.
• Administer employee training programs and keep training records up to date.
• Support expatriate administration, including work permits, visas and temporary residence cards.
• Organise employee engagement activities and internal communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or a combined HR & Administration role.
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS administration and employee database management.
• Proven experience supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Experience in attendance management, payroll administration and HR documentation.
• Ability to coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
