HRIS System Administrator – Night Shift (3pm‑11:30pm)

About the role
The HRIS System Administrator will manage, optimise, and maintain Summit Polymers' HRIS platform, Ceridian Dayforce, during the night shift (3 pm‑11:30 pm). Acting as the subject‑matter expert, the role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance and business leaders to ensure data integrity, system efficiency and a positive user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure the Dayforce HRIS environment.
- Perform routine system optimisation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Support integrations and interfaces between Dayforce and other business systems.
- Generate and validate HR reports, ensuring data accuracy.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to standardise HR processes and resolve user issues.
- Participate in HRIS projects, upgrades and enhancements.
Required profile
- Dayforce certifications preferred.
- Experience managing a global HRIS environment.
- Proven experience with HR‑to‑business system integrations.
