About the role
The HSE Staff will ensure a safe working environment at Showa Gloves Vietnam's manufacturing site. This entry‑level position involves daily safety inspections, hazard control, and incident response to protect employees and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site HSE checks and supervise safety practices during each shift.
- Detect, control, prevent, and promptly report unsafe hazards and behaviours.
- Respond to and manage occupational incidents and accidents.
- Monitor contractor compliance with safety requirements.
- Prepare shift hand‑over reports and coordinate with other HSE team members.
- Provide assistance to senior HSE personnel as needed.
Required profile
- Male, aged 23‑28.
- University graduate in Labor Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry or related field.
- No prior experience required; candidates with up to 1 year of occupational safety experience in manufacturing are preferred.
- Familiarity with OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 standards; certifications are a plus.
