Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

VinUniversity is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join its HR team in Hanoi. The role will act as a strategic partner to business units, aligning people initiatives with the university’s mission and growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment processes for a diverse academic and administrative workforce.
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, employee relations, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor law and university policies.
• Analyze workforce data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Graduated from a reputable university with a degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of HR experience in a complex, multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong cultural sensitivity, adaptability, and resilience.
