Human Resources Coordinator – People & Culture Operations

About the role

Aurora International School of the Arts is a vibrant, arts‑centred international school in Ho Chi Minh City. The school seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support People & Culture Operations, helping to create an engaging environment for students and staff across visual arts, music, theatre, dance and other creative disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee record management and HR administration.
• Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new staff.
• Coordinate expatriate relocation and work‑permit procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour law, especially regulations affecting foreign nationals.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives in line with the school’s culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of HR operations or generalist experience, preferably in an international school, arts organisation, NGO or multinational.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour law and experience handling work‑permit processes for expatriates.
