Junior SAP SD Consultant – SAP O2C Implementation

About the role

We are looking for a Junior SAP SD Consultant to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will support the implementation and roll‑out of SAP O2C (Order‑to‑Cash) processes on the S/4HANA platform, working closely with business users and technical teams to ensure a smooth transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP O2C S/4HANA module implementations and roll‑out projects.
• Gather and document business requirements, analyse processes and propose improvements.
• Identify gaps between the standard template and local plant requirements, conduct workshops and training for business users.
• Integrate SAP O2C with MM, FI and WM/EWM modules to ensure data consistency.
• Coordinate with design‑build and BD teams, define field mapping, perform data migration validation and support testing cycles (integration, UAT).
• Support cut‑over activities, hyper‑care and train key users.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with a degree in IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Good communication skills in English.
