[SPA] - IT - Chuyên viên IT Helpdesk Công ty : Công ty TNHH Hàng không Mặt trời Phú Quốc Địa điểm : Ho Chi Minh Cấp bậc : Nhân viên Lương : Negotiable Kỹ năng : Helpdesk Support, IT Phần Mềm Mô tả: 1. Hỗ trợ người dùng- Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu/sự cố CNTT từ người dùng qua ticket, email, điện thoại hoặc trực tiếp.- Hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề về máy tính, laptop, máy in, thiết bị ngoại vi, phần mềm văn phòng và tài khoản người dùng.- Hướng dẫn... Yêu cầu: - Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc các ngành liên quan.- Có 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm IT Helpdesk/IT Support.- Có kiến thức về Windows, Microsoft 365, LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Active Directory.- Có kỹ năng xử lý sự cố phần cứng, phần mềm và hỗ trợ người dùng.- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử...
