Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

Rixos Phu Quoc, a luxury beachfront resort on Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam, is looking for a Kids Club Supervisor. The role supports the Kids Club Manager in running daily Kids Club and Teen Club operations, keeping children safe and engaged, and stepping in as leader when the manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Kids Club activities and make sure children stay supervised and within designated areas
• Distribute club programs and ensure parents complete registration and emergency forms
• Keep facilities, toys and equipment clean, organised and safe
• Create and support age-appropriate activities that reflect local culture and hotel offerings
• Supervise Animators and support the manager with training, performance reviews and corrective action plans
• Coach staff on operational and safety standards and attend team meetings
• Ensure health, safety and child-protection policies are followed, including valid First Aid certification for team members
• Report incidents accurately, escalate child health concerns and act as liaison between staff, management and parents
• Comply with ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 and 10002 systems and hotel policies

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in childcare or recreation, ideally in a supervisory capacity
• Proactive, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
