About the role

Techtronic Industries Vietnam invites recent graduates to join its Leadership Development Program 2026. The program offers two structured pathways – a 1‑year and a 2‑year track – designed to fast‑track high‑potential talent into leadership positions across engineering, supply chain, and quality functions.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through core business units such as manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
• Participate in real‑world projects that address operational challenges and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic solutions and present findings.
• Engage in formal training sessions, workshops, and mentorship activities.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or less than one year of experience) in Mechatronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Management, Quality Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum GPA of 2.7/4 (or 7/10).
• Proficient in English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent) and able to communicate in Vietnamese.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and critical‑thinking abilities.
