Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The Learning and Development Manager will lead the design and delivery of learning strategies that support the organization’s growth objectives across multiple regions. This role partners with business leaders to assess skill gaps and create scalable training solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify current and future skill requirements for individuals, teams, and geographic units.
• Build standardized training frameworks for group‑level and regional programs to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Design, develop, and deliver training content, including sales training, coaching programs, and learning interventions.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and external partners to enhance training effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate program impact, adjusting approaches based on feedback and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Training, Psychology, Education, Business or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CIPD, ATD, SHRM) a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in training design and delivery at group and regional levels.
• Proven ability to travel and conduct sessions across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
