Learning Operation Specialist

About the role

As a Learning Operation Specialist you will lead the introduction and ongoing administration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning, working closely with teams in Vietnam and Switzerland. You will become the go‑to expert for the learning module, supporting a diverse portfolio that includes AI upskilling, onboarding, and leadership development.

Key responsibilities

• Support the rollout of SAP SuccessFactors Learning together with internal stakeholders and the external implementation partner.
• Analyse, design, document and test learning administration processes, continuously improving templates, communications and workflows.
• Coordinate and promote learning offerings, handling enrolments, invitations, communications and post‑course activities.
• Produce standard and customised reports for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People & Organizational Development colleagues and act as a deputy for related processes when needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in training administration, learning operations, HR operations or a comparable role.
• Strong process‑thinking ability and a proactive, solution‑oriented working style with a high sense of ownership.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Experience in an international, distributed environment; experience with a European company is a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
