Manager Business Development

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead sales initiatives and expand market presence for our logistics services across key international routes. You will be responsible for driving growth, managing trade lanes, and ensuring targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct active sales and business development within assigned markets.
• Manage and develop trade routes, focusing on VN‑US, VN‑EU and VN‑CN lanes.
• Achieve sales targets and support the sales team to ensure success.
• Increase market share by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/forwarding, especially on VN‑US, VN‑EU or VN‑CN routes.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) and able to present in both native language and English.
• Strong sales orientation, confidence, positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, especially MS Office.
