Manufacturing Supervisor – Metal Production

About the role

The company is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead its metal production line for BBQ grills and sheet‑metal products. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring product quality, and meeting delivery targets in a fast‑paced factory environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and operate the metal fabrication and assembly line for BBQ grills and related sheet‑metal items.
• Plan production schedules on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to achieve on‑time delivery and productivity goals.
• Allocate and balance manpower across all stages of the grill production process.
• Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality standards and enforce 5S workplace organization.
• Train and develop shop floor workers, ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• University or college graduate in a technical field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in metal production line management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to set operating standards and apply 5S methodology.
• Good command of English (reading, writing and basic speaking).
• Motivated, eager to learn and capable of analytical thinking.
