Market Access Manager

About the role

The Market Access Manager will lead initiatives that ensure Vietnamese patients have long‑term access to the company’s medicines. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to embed the company’s products across therapeutic areas and the broader pharmaceutical market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate access strategies for both existing and pipeline medicines.
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans that align with regulatory, reimbursement, and market dynamics.
• Lead tender management processes and negotiate pricing agreements with public and private payers.
• Collaborate with medical, commercial, and government affairs teams to influence policy and improve market entry pathways.
• Monitor and analyze market access trends, providing insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Bachelor required; graduate degree preferred) in medicine, health policy, economics, management or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, health policy, or government affairs.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, influencing and relationship‑building abilities.
