Marketing & Communication Team – Content, Media, Event & HR Roles

About the role

We are expanding our Marketing & Communication team and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join various functions such as content creation, social media management, event coordination, human resources support, design, and video editing. Candidates will work closely with senior directors from MarketerVN and BMG International Academy in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish articles, guides, and news for the Content Department.
• Maintain fanpages, website, and email newsletters for the Communication Department.
• Plan, organise, and execute seminars, talk shows, and other events for the Event Department.
• Assist with job analysis, posting, and recruitment processes for the HR Department.
• Create visual assets and support graphic design tasks.
• Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Eager to learn and take responsibility on the “battlefield” of marketing.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
• Willing to work at least five days a week for a six‑month period.
• Passionate, proactive, and comfortable with a high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Strong writing and editing abilities.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content distribution.
• Event planning and coordination experience.
• Understanding of recruitment and HR basics.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles.
• Video editing proficiency.
