Marketing Intern - 6 months

About the role

This 6‑month internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to apply marketing theory in a real‑world setting within the beauty industry. You will support integrated marketing communication activities for a leading cosmetics brand and gain insight into consumer behavior, competitor analysis, and social media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct competitors’ research to identify market trends and positioning.
• Create social media content, including captions and visual assets.
• Track online media performance and monitor key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Support the marketing team with data collection and basic analysis.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in beauty, retail and consumer behavior.
• Good analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
