Marketing Manager – Digital & Trade Marketing

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its digital and trade marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s online presence, driving event programs, and ensuring the execution of strategic marketing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company’s websites and digital assets.
• Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
• Design and execute event organization plans for assigned products within the approved budget.
• Monitor, supervise, and evaluate the execution of monthly and annual marketing plans and related activities.
• Oversee all online activities, including social media management across digital channels.
• Maintain and update visual content, pictures, and website copy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of at least three marketing professionals.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing/brand communications, both online and offline.
• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing planning and strategy development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Vietnamese, with good written and verbal English.
• Strong analytical abilities and a portfolio demonstrating past work.
