Marketing Manager – FMCG & Food

About the role

We are looking for a senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch and growth of our chilled‑beef product line in Vietnam. You will shape brand strategy, drive product development and ensure our offerings meet the highest standards of safety and quality for Vietnamese consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute integrated marketing plans across brand, trade and digital channels.
• Lead product development initiatives, from concept to market launch.
• Manage content creation and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain and R&D to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, food or retail.
• Proactive, practical and comfortable with challenging environments.
• Creative, open‑minded and continuously seeking improvement.
• Positive, resilient and driven to achieve ambitious targets.
• Passion for building trustworthy, high‑quality food products for Vietnamese consumers.
