Mechanical Design Internship (R&D)

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Intern to join Bosch’s Automotive R&D Center in Thu Duc City. The role offers hands‑on experience in product development, from concept to series support, within a multinational engineering environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret product‑level requirements and translate them into component specifications.
• Develop 3D models using NX and produce detailed drawings with appropriate tolerances.
• Analyze the cause‑effect relationship between design choices and functional performance.
• Support documentation, testing, release activities and change management in collaboration with test engineers and other designers.

Required profile

• Final‑year student in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong foundation in mathematics, physics and mechanical engineering principles.
• Experience with school‑level mechanical design or product development projects.
• Proactive attitude, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency in NX (3D CAD) for modeling and drawing creation.
• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis or task automation (a plus).
