Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance & Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to lead the maintenance of our textile weaving machinery at our Dong Nai plant. You will ensure equipment reliability, supervise a dedicated maintenance team, and support continuous production efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes for all mechanical assets.
• Diagnose and resolve machinery breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime.
• Lead, coach and mentor the mechanical maintenance team on daily tasks and safety standards.
• Monitor spare‑parts consumption, manage inventory levels and place timely orders.
• Collaborate with the Expat Weaving Manager and report maintenance performance in English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑5 years of experience maintaining textile or weaving machinery; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in written and spoken English for reporting and communication.
