Media Supervisor

About the role

The Media Supervisor will lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated media campaigns across TV, digital, social, and influencer channels. You will work closely with internal brand, sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless rollout and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor media campaigns (TV, digital, social, KOL/Influencer) ensuring on‑time and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (brand, sales, finance, legal) to drive smooth campaign rollout.
• Manage daily interactions with agencies and vendors, tracking deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Oversee end‑to‑end operational execution of KOL/KOC/Influencer initiatives, including pitching, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in media, digital marketing, or advertising.
• Strong understanding of integrated media planning and campaign execution.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Adept at working with data, reports, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; good English is a plus.
