Medical Representative – ETC (Thai Nguyen)

About the role

The Medical Representative will be responsible for building and executing business plans within the assigned territory in Thai Nguyen. Reporting to the Team Leader or Area Manager, the role focuses on promoting Servier’s pharmaceutical products and ensuring they reach patients effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
• Develop a network of existing and new customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting relevant products.
• Act as the product expert and primary contact for customers, responding to enquiries and ensuring product availability.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on campaigns, customer insights and competitor activity.
• Maintain high‑quality reports and accurate data in the key customer database.
• Collaborate with co‑promotion colleagues and cross‑functional teams to maximise territory performance.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Pharmacy or a Doctorate background.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar pharmaceutical sales role at a multinational company.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Dynamic, business‑driven attitude with a passion for the healthcare sector.
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity and compliance.
