Medical Representative – Khánh Hòa & Phú Yên

About the role

The Medical Representative will develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory covering Khánh Hòa and Phú Yên. You will act as the primary product expert for Servier’s portfolio, ensuring that healthcare professionals receive accurate information and that patients gain access to the medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
• Build and maintain a network of existing and new customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting Servier products.
• Serve as the product expert and key contact, responding to enquiries and ensuring product availability.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on campaign performance and competitor activities.
• Maintain high‑quality reports and keep the customer database up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with co‑promotion colleagues and other internal teams to maximise territory performance.

Required profile

• BS/BA in Pharmacy, Medicine or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar pharmaceutical sales role at a multinational company.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Dynamic, business‑driven attitude with a passion for healthcare.
• Commitment to teamwork, integrity and compliance.
