About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Business Development Associate to join our sales team. This entry‑level position is open to fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in customer acquisition and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B customers through email, phone calls, and chat.
• Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into qualified opportunities.
• Conduct needs assessments by listening actively and asking strategic questions to uncover client challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions and support the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with limited sales/customer‑support experience.
• Self‑starter with a can‑do attitude and willingness to handle a variety of tasks.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Passion for learning new business concepts and sales techniques.

Required skills

• Proficient English (written and spoken).
