Operations Administration Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group as an Operations Administration Intern, supporting the daily facility and security operations of our Ho Chi Minh City office. You will work closely with the Facility Management team to ensure smooth access control, key management, and overall building services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer access control databases and support CCTV monitoring.
• Manage physical key distribution, records, and security protocols.
• Utilize Space Management Tool, PRS Hub, and FCM Helpdesk for daily facility operations.
• Act as the main contact for access requests, space management, and helpdesk tickets.
• Provide operational support for PRS activities and company events.
• Assist FCM technicians with preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
• Maintain technical records, maintenance logs, and compliance reports per FCM requirements.
• Support project execution through drawing reviews, EHS document audits, and contractor compliance tracking.

Required profile

• 3rd or final‑year undergraduate student in a related field.
• Full‑time availability (minimum 4 days/week).
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory).
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Capable of working independently.
• Good written English and basic spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel (large data handling and formulas).
