Outsourcing & Vendor Management Executive

About the role

The Senior Executive – Outsourcing Management will coordinate end‑to‑end outsourcing activities for Bosch’s projects, ensuring delivery aligns with organizational goals and internal standards. This position serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors, driving efficient and compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support outsourcing operations by coordinating resource requests from internal departments and ensuring timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding activities, including interviews, documentation, compliance checks, and issue resolution.
• Act as the main operational contact between internal teams and outsourcing vendors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Prepare and maintain outsourcing‑related documentation such as processes, guidelines, reports, and operational records.
• Monitor outsourcing performance, track demand, assess vendor performance, manage budget utilization, forecast expenses, and analyse data.
• Drive process improvement and governance by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in outsourcing, vendor management, or related functions.
