Payroll & HR Consulting Consultant – Hanoi

About the role

Acclime Vietnam is looking for a Consultant specialized in Payroll and HR Consulting to join its Hanoi office. You will be responsible for ensuring that client payroll, social insurance (SHUI) and personal income tax (PIT) records are accurate, compliant with Vietnamese regulations and meet the firm’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review payroll reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Validate SHUI and PIT calculations in line with local legislation.
• Maintain client records and produce required statutory filings.
• Provide advisory support to clients on payroll‑related queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and compliance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar consulting role.
• Strong desire to work in a Vietnamese HR environment within an international firm.
• Confident English communication skills, both spoken and written.
