People & Change Consulting Intern

About the role

Join KPMG Vietnam’s People & Change Consulting team as an intern and support the delivery of consulting engagements focused on organization design, talent management, HR function optimization, workforce planning, and behavioral change. This role offers hands‑on experience working alongside seasoned consultants on real client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of People & Change consulting engagements, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of deliverables.
• Support tasks related to organization design, talent management strategies, and workforce optimization.
• Contribute to the development of recommendations for improving human‑resource processes and change management initiatives.
• Prepare presentation materials and documentation for client meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Required profile

• Senior‑year university student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Human Capital Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Interest in business operations, internal controls, and process improvement.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
