Perfect Store Senior Manager - MT Channel

About the role

The Perfect Store Senior Manager will own and lead Vinamilk’s nationwide Perfect Store program, ensuring that retail execution, merchandising and visibility standards are consistently applied across all modern trade channels. This senior position reports to the Commercial leadership team and works closely with sales, marketing and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve in‑store execution, merchandising and visibility standards for all trade channels.
• Lead a team of field auditors and analysts to monitor execution quality through regular audits, SFA insights and market visits.
• Analyse performance data, identify gaps and drive corrective actions to meet targets for product availability, shelf share and visual compliance.
• Collaborate with the sales organisation to ensure alignment with execution standards and drive consistent achievement of KPIs.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on field insights and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar senior role within a multinational or large‑scale FMCG, dairy or food company.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale retail execution programs and managing cross‑functional teams.
