Pharmacy Medical Representative – OTC (Hanoi)

About the role

The Pharmacy Medical Representative – OTC will develop and execute business plans for the assigned territory in Hanoi, promoting Servier’s OTC products to pharmacies and ensuring product availability for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency.
• Build a network of existing and new customers, categorising them by therapeutic area and promoting relevant products.
• Act as product expert and key contact, responding to enquiries and ensuring Servier products reach more patients.
• Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on implemented campaigns.
• Report customer feedback and competitor activity to enable rapid market response.
• Maintain high‑quality reports and accurate data in the key customer database.
• Communicate effectively with co‑promotion colleagues and other team members to maximise territory performance.

Required profile

• Basic qualification: BS/BA in Pharmacy or a Doctorate background.
• Minimum experience: fresh graduate or 1‑2 years in a similar role at a multinational company.
