Process Engineer – New Factory Setup (PCB/Semiconductor)

About the role

We are looking for a Process Engineer to lead the design and implementation of manufacturing processes for a new PCB and semiconductor production facility. The role involves close collaboration with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for PCB and semiconductor production.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise workflow and overall efficiency.
• Conduct process simulations and analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to meet product standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process‑related issues during production runs.
• Document process specifications and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in process engineering, preferably within the PCB or semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
