Process Engineer Supervisor (Footwear Manufacturing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineering Supervisor to lead process engineering activities across our footwear manufacturing operations. The role focuses on driving process stability, production efficiency, product quality, and manufacturing readiness while managing a team of engineers and technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate process engineering projects to improve manufacturing operations.
• Ensure process stability and optimize production efficiency.
• Oversee product quality and support manufacturing readiness for new product introductions.
• Manage production ramp‑up activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering or production engineering environments.
• At least 2 years of experience leading engineers, technicians or continuous‑improvement projects.
• Experience in footwear manufacturing, midsole manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
