About the role

We are seeking a Product Development Engineering Staff member to support our new factory in Ho Chi Minh City. The position involves creating and managing technical documentation, designing parts and artwork, and testing prototype samples to define specifications for new products.

Key responsibilities

Control technical documentation by referencing Japan standards for testing and design, and produce engineering standard documents.
Create and modify drawings and artwork of parts or products using SolidWorks and Adobe Illustrator.
Conduct testing and evaluation of prototype samples to clarify specifications for new models.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Required profile

University degree in Engineering.
At least 1 year of experience as an electrical engineer.
Proficient English communication and writing skills.
Ability to commute to the factory by motorbike.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
