Product Manager – Scientific Instruments

About the role

The Product Manager will lead the commercialization of scientific instrument portfolios, working closely with sales teams and key clients. You will be responsible for shaping market strategy, pricing, and go‑to‑market plans to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle (launch, growth, optimization) for assigned scientific instrument lines.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and external partners to create effective marketing and sales enablement tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to adjust product positioning.
• Prepare business cases, forecasts and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in product marketing, technical sales or business development, preferably in B2B or technology sectors.
• Experience working with international suppliers is a plus.
• Strong understanding of B2B product commercialization and commercial management.
