About the role
We are looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Dong Nai. You will support staff development, operate machining equipment, and drive continuous improvement across the production line.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance and training to enhance staff capabilities.
- Understand and operate machining processes and related equipment.
- Monitor production and quality using the “Three Actuals” principle.
- Identify and implement technical solutions for process improvement.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
- Proficiency in Japanese equivalent to JLPT N3 level or higher.
- Ability to follow established processes and execute daily operations efficiently.
