About the role
The Production Leader is responsible for organizing and formulating the department's work goals and plans, ensuring timely implementation, guidance, coordination, inspection, supervision and control, while collaborating with the factory on safety, on‑site management and quality tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute departmental work goals and plans.
- Provide guidance, coordination, inspection and supervision of production activities.
- Control and monitor production processes to meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the factory to complete special tasks such as production safety, on‑site management, and quality assurance.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- 2–3 years of production site management experience.
- Strong capabilities in quality management, process optimization, planning coordination and overall organization.
- Practical experience in production improvement, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency, and 5S management.
